Seg\u00fan datos de 2021<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><sup><span style=\"color: #00a5c7;\">[1]<\/span><\/sup><\/a>, en Espa\u00f1a 5.129 personas de cada 100.000 fueron diagnosticadas de ansiedad.<\/p><p>Desde<strong> Ysana<\/strong> nos preocupamos por tu salud, por ello, hoy te explicamos qu\u00e9 es la ansiedad y c\u00f3mo identificarla para ayudarte a prevenirla e incluso, a combatirla.<\/p><h2><span style=\"color: #00a5c7;\">\u00bf<b>Qu\u00e9 es la ansiedad?<\/b><\/span><\/h2><p>La ansiedad es una reaccio\u0301n natural y adaptativa de alarma que todo el mundo experimenta alguna vez para hacer frente y adaptarse a situaciones que se perciben como potenciales amenazas para la propia seguridad.<\/p><p>La ansiedad patol\u00f3gica se trata de una respuesta de alerta excesiva que interfiere en la realizaci\u00f3n de las actividades diarias, en la autonom\u00eda de la persona y que influye negativamente en su bienestar.<\/p><p>Por otra parte, el estr\u00e9s es una situaci\u00f3n de presi\u00f3n o sobrecarga que afecta al individuo al pensar que no posee las capacidades o el tiempo necesario para afrontar una situaci\u00f3n correctamente. El estr\u00e9s y la ansiedad suelen aparecer juntos. De hecho, una situaci\u00f3n estresante suele preceder un episodio de ansiedad.<\/p><h2><span style=\"color: #00a5c7;\"><strong>Causas de la ansiedad<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p>La ansiedad se produce como consecuencia de una respuesta continuada de una rama del sistema nervioso simp\u00e1tico. Puede estar provocada por situaciones que, en la mayor\u00eda de los casos no existen, por lo que las causas son internas. Incluso, en ocasiones podemos no ser capaces de identificar la causa de la ansiedad.<\/p><p>Algunas causas que pueden generar ansiedad son las siguientes:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Estr<\/strong><strong>\u00e9s ambiental: <\/strong>Asimismo, debido a eventos estresantes de alta intensidad. Esta es la causa m\u00e1s com\u00fan.<\/li><li><strong>Tendencia gen<\/strong><strong>\u00e9<\/strong><strong>tica: <\/strong>Las personas con antecedentes familiares de episodios de ansiedad tienen m\u00e1s tendencia a padecerla.<\/li><li><strong>Factores psicosociales:<\/strong> Se genera debido a miedos o inseguridades, problemas en nuestras relaciones personales, el trabajo, a nivel financiero etc. Tambi\u00e9n debido a capacidades de adaptaci\u00f3n aprendidas mediante experiencias tempranas, por ejemplo, al desarrollo de la personalidad o la capacidad de manejar el estr\u00e9s, la presi\u00f3n y la frustraci\u00f3n.<\/li><li><strong>Factores de salud: <\/strong>Al igual que las relaciones personales y laborales, nuestras condiciones de salud pueden generarnos ansiedad. El dolor, molestias, toma de f\u00e1rmacos o procesos de recuperaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n son causas de ansiedad.<\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"color: #00a5c7;\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo saber si tengo ansiedad?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p>Para considerar que podemos estar ante un cuadro de ansiedad, debemos presentar algunos de estos signos a nivel cognitivo, fisiol\u00f3gico y psicol\u00f3gico:<\/p><p><strong>Nivel cognitivo<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Falta de atenci\u00f3n y concentraci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Alteraciones de la memoria.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Nivel psicol\u00f3gico<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Irritabilidad.<\/li><li>Temores.<\/li><li>Frustraci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Tristeza y otros cambios de humor.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Nivel fisiol\u00f3gico<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Palpitaciones.<\/li><li>Sensaci\u00f3n de ahogo.<\/li><li>Inquietud.<\/li><li>Insomnio.<\/li><li>Sudoraci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Temblores.<\/li><li>Hormigueo.<\/li><li>Mareos.<\/li><li>Opresi\u00f3n en el pecho.<\/li><li>Molestias digestivas.<\/li><\/ul><h2><b>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #00a5c7;\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo calmar la ansiedad?<\/span><\/b><\/h2><p>En los casos m\u00e1s graves e incapacitantes, el tratamiento de la ansiedad deber\u00e1 consistir en psicoterapia y terapia conductual. Sin embargo, en casos leves, la gran mayor\u00eda, la persona afectada podr\u00e1 mejorar su situaci\u00f3n por s\u00ed misma. Algunas consideraciones a tener en cuenta para ello son:<\/p><ul><li>Centrarnos en el tiempo presente y evitar pensar en el pasado y en el futuro.<\/li><li>Dedicarnos tiempo libre para llevar a cabo actividades que nos hagan sentir bien.<\/li><li>Aumentar los encuentros sociales beneficiosos.<\/li><li>Realizar actividades de relajaci\u00f3n como la meditaci\u00f3n, el mindfulness, la respiraci\u00f3n consciente, el yoga, caminar por la naturaleza, descansar o tomar ba\u00f1os calmantes.<\/li><li>Llevar a cabo ejercicio f\u00edsico regular y moderado para promover la liberaci\u00f3n de endorfinas y reducir los efectos de la ansiedad.<\/li><li>Tratar de dormir las suficientes horas y tener un sue\u00f1o reparador.<\/li><li>Evitar los elementos excitantes del sistema nervioso, como la cafe\u00edna.<\/li><li>Seguir una alimentaci\u00f3n equilibrada y sana, con un aporte especial de vitamina B6, magnesio.
