Una pr\u00e1ctica eficaz y f\u00e1cil para conseguirlo es la <strong>meditaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Desde<strong> Ysana<\/strong> nos preocupamos por tu salud. Por ello, hoy te explicamos en qu\u00e9 consiste la meditaci\u00f3n y c\u00f3mo llevarla a cabo.<\/p><h2><span style=\"color: #00a5c7;\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la meditaci\u00f3n y para qu\u00e9 sirve? <\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p>La meditaci\u00f3n se ha utilizado desde la antig\u00fcedad. Mientras que en su origen ten\u00eda como objetivo tener un conocimiento mayor de lo sagrado, actualmente se considera una t\u00e9cnica para cuidar del cuerpo y de la mente.<\/p><p>Esta pr\u00e1ctica consiste en tratar de conseguir un estado de concentraci\u00f3n profundo para llegar a la relajaci\u00f3n, a la claridad mental y a la tranquilidad.<\/p><p>Cuando meditamos, eliminamos todos los pensamientos que pueden estar en nuestra mente y nos generan estr\u00e9s y ansiedad, concentrando la atenci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Gracias al descenso del estr\u00e9s y la ansiedad, los niveles de cortisol disminuyen. Por ello, es tan recomendable para realzar el bienestar f\u00edsico, emocional y mental.<\/p><h2><span style=\"color: #00a5c7;\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo hacer meditaci\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p>Como en cualquier otra pr\u00e1ctica en la que nos iniciemos, para llevar a cabo de manera efectiva la meditaci\u00f3n deberemos seguir una serie de pasos. Te los detallamos:<\/p><h3><strong>Elegir un buen momento y espacio<\/strong><\/h3><p>Cualquier momento es bueno para practicar la meditaci\u00f3n, porque cualquier momento es bueno para calmarnos. Sin embargo, en el inicio recomendamos realizarla cuando est\u00e9s tranquila o tranquilo y no sientas demasiado cansancio. M\u00e1s adelante, cuando ya hayas practicado m\u00e1s, podr\u00e1s llevarla a cabo en cualquier momento y lugar.<\/p><p>Aunque para algunas personas practicar la meditaci\u00f3n en la naturaleza les es beneficioso, al principio es mejor hacerlo en una habitaci\u00f3n tranquila para evitar distracciones.<\/p><h3><strong>Optar por una postura que resulte c\u00f3moda<\/strong><\/h3><p>No existe una postura espec\u00edfica y preferible para la meditaci\u00f3n, sino que depende de cada persona y de c\u00f3mo se sienta m\u00e1s c\u00f3moda. Es importante elegir una postura que resulte c\u00f3moda para poder relajarnos mejor. Sin embargo, al principio recomendamos que se lleve a cabo sentados.<\/p><h3><strong>Controlar el tiempo<\/strong><\/h3><p>Al principio es posible que sientas ansiedad porque no sepas cu\u00e1nto tiempo llevas meditando. Por eso, recomendamos poner un cron\u00f3metro del tiempo que deseas meditar (5 o 10 minutos) y luego acabes prescindiendo de \u00e9l o aumentes el tiempo de meditaci\u00f3n.<\/p><h3><strong>Cerrar los ojos y concentrarse en la respiraci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3><p>Aunque se puede meditar con los ojos abiertos, cerrarlos ya nos induce a la relajaci\u00f3n y a sentir el momento presente. Empieza cerrando los ojos durante un tiempo y luego introduce la respiraci\u00f3n consciente. Esto consiste en inhalar y exhalar profundamente y centrarnos en los cambios que esto genera en nuestro cuerpo y en sus movimientos.<\/p><h3><strong>Aceptar los pensamientos<\/strong><\/h3><p>Cu\u00e1nto m\u00e1s evitamos pensar en algo m\u00e1s lo hacemos. Por ello, aunque la meditaci\u00f3n tiene como objetivo calmar la mente, es inevitable que sigamos teniendo pensamientos. Es fundamental, por lo tanto, que si aparecen pensamientos negativos los observemos y aceptemos, pero los dejemos ir, no los interioricemos.<\/p><h3><strong>Hacer meditaciones guiadas, con mantras o m\u00fasica<\/strong><\/h3><p>Al principio puede ser de ayuda seguir meditaciones guiadas por una voz, con m\u00fasica o mantras.
