Desde<strong> Ysana <\/strong>nos preocupamos por tu salud, por ello, hoy te explicamos una <strong>receta baja en histamina<\/strong>: gnocchis de zanahoria y ricotta. \u00a1Ap\u00fantala!<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #00a5c7;\">INGREDIENTES (para 2 personas):\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; 100g de ricotta.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 3 yemas de huevo.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 zanahoria grande.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1\u20444 cucharadita de nuez moscada.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 100g de harina de espelta, de avena o de mai\u0301z.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 cucharadita de sal.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #00a5c7;\">ELABORACIO\u0301N:\u00a0<\/span> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; Lavar y rallar la zanahoria.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Verter la ricotta, el huevo, la zanahoria rallada, la harina y la nuez moscada en un tazo\u0301n.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Remover hasta hacer una mezcla homoge\u0301nea.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Apretar una cantidad del taman\u0303o del pulgar y darle forma de pequen\u0303o cilindro o bola para hacer los gnocchis.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Repetir el proceso hasta acabar con toda la masa.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Hervir agua con sal en una olla.
