Por ello, te explicamos cu\u00e1les son las principales causas del dolor muscular y c\u00f3mo tratarlo y prevenirlo.<\/p><h2><span style=\"color: #00a5c7;\"><strong>Causas del dolor muscular<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p>Como su nombre indica, el dolor muscular es aquel dolor cuyo origen o manifestaci\u00f3n se da en cualquier parte de la musculatura del organismo.<\/p><p>Se trata de un dolor muy com\u00fan, que puede comprometer a m\u00e1s de un m\u00fasculo, as\u00ed como a otras estructuras, como ligamentos, tendones o fascias.<\/p><p>Suele estar relacionado con tensiones, sobrecargas y lesiones debidas al ejercicio o al trabajo exigente. Algunas de sus causas son:<\/p><ul><li>Traumatismos, esguinces y distensi\u00f3n muscular.<\/li><li>Sobrecargas, como movimientos repetitivos, sin calentamiento o generando tensi\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Mala higiene postural.<\/li><\/ul><p>En otros casos, el dolor muscular puede deberse a una enfermedad subyacente.<\/p><h2><span style=\"color: #00a5c7;\"><strong>C\u00f3mo tratar el dolor muscular<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p>Si el dolor muscular es debido a una lesi\u00f3n o sobrecarga, en primer lugar se debe proceder al reposo para que la inflamaci\u00f3n y el dolor puedan remitir.<\/p><p>Asimismo, ser\u00e1n beneficiosos los analg\u00e9sicos y antiinflamatorios (t\u00f3picos u orales) y poner hielo en la zona.<\/p><p>Este tipo de dolor tambi\u00e9n responde bien a los masajes.<\/p><p>Una vez la lesi\u00f3n haya mejorado y el dolor remita, el ejercicio regular y moderado (con previos estiramientos) ayudar\u00e1 a restaurar el tono muscular.<\/p><p>En este sentido, actividades recomendadas ser\u00e1n caminar, nadar o ir en bicicleta, y se desaconsejan los ejercicios de alto impacto y el levantamiento de pesos.
