Estas reacciones generan un estado de alerta y activan m\u00faltiples mecanismos corporales para hacer frente a las amenazas.<\/p><p>Cuando son muy intensas, frecuentes o duraderas se generan diversos problemas psicofisiol\u00f3gicos, ya que al movilizar recursos para defenderse el cuerpo prioriza esto sobre otras funciones, generando por ejemplo el insomnio.<\/p><p>Las hormonas adrenalina y cortisol son las encargadas de aumentar la frecuencia card\u00edaca, la necesidad de ox\u00edgeno, elevar la temperatura y activar el cerebro, por ello inducen al despertar e inhiben el sue\u00f1o.<\/p><p>La ansiedad que genera estos problemas de sue\u00f1o puede ser debida a un hecho continuo (como problemas en el entorno laboral o personal) o vivencias puntuales (acontecimientos duros de procesar, como haber vivido un evento traum\u00e1tico, un duelo, un divorcio o la p\u00e9rdida de un trabajo etc.).<\/p><h2><span style=\"color: #00a5c7;\"><strong>S\u00edntomas del insomnio por ansiedad<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p>Los s\u00edntomas y efectos del insomnio por ansiedad son los siguientes:<\/p><ul><li>Sensaci\u00f3n de no estar bien descansado.<\/li><li>Cansancio o fatiga f\u00edsica y mental.<\/li><li>Somnolencia diurna.<\/li><li>Irritabilidad, ansiedad, depresi\u00f3n y cambios de humor.<\/li><li>Dificultad para recordar, prestar atenci\u00f3n o concentrarse.<\/li><li>Bajo rendimiento y aumento de errores.<\/li><li>Despertarse muy pronto o durante la noche.<\/li><li>Dificultad para conciliar el sue\u00f1o.<\/li><li>Problemas f\u00edsicos, como dolor de cabeza.<\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"color: #00a5c7;\"><strong>Tratamiento y prevenci\u00f3n del insomnio por ansiedad<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p>Tanto para prevenir como para tratar el insomnio por ansiedad existen una serie de buenos h\u00e1bitos diarios que podemos llevar a cabo:<\/p><ul><li>Mantener una rutina horaria de sue\u00f1o, intentando siempre irnos a la cama y levantarnos a la misma hora. As\u00ed el cuerpo internalizar\u00e1 ese h\u00e1bito.<\/li><li>Hacer ejercicio regular y moderado siempre horas antes de irse a dormir.
