Es preciso que siempre aportemos a nuestro organismo los nutrientes imprescindibles para su correcto funcionamiento. Para ello, debemos comer equilibradamente, pero no siempre lo hacemos igual, ya que por ejemplo, con las altas temperaturas nos apetece comer platos m\u00e1s ligeros. Desde<strong> Ysana <\/strong>nos preocupamos por tu salud, por ello, hoy te explicamos una <strong>receta saludable, <\/strong>veraniega, y muy completa nutricionalmente: ensalada de pasta integral. \u00a1Ap\u00fantala!<\/p><h2><span style=\"color: #00a5c7;\"><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><ul><li>100 gramos de pasta integral.<\/li><li>1 aguacate peque\u00f1o.<\/li><li>1 pimiento verde peque\u00f1o.<\/li><li>1 cebolla morada peque\u00f1a.<\/li><li>Champi\u00f1ones.<\/li><li>Pipas de calabaza.<\/li><li>Olivas negras.<\/li><li>Espinacas.<\/li><li>Edamame (habas de soja) o Tofu.<\/li><li>Or\u00e9gano, vinagre de manzana y lima.<\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"color: #00a5c7;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><ol><li>Cuece la pasta en un cazo al fuego con agua hirviendo durante el tiempo que indique el fabricante. Es importante que la pasta quede al dente.<\/li><li>Mientras, lava y corta las espinacas, la cebolla y el pimiento verde. Corta el aguacate a dados.<\/li><li>Sofr\u00ede los champi\u00f1ones, tras cortarlos en dados o en l\u00e1minas, en la sart\u00e9n con un poco de aceite de oliva.<\/li><li>Cuando la pasta est\u00e9 lista, esc\u00farrela y deja que se enfr\u00ede. No la pases por agua.<\/li><li>En una ensaladera coloca la base de las verduras picadas y a\u00f1\u00e1dele el edamame (o tofu en dados), las olivas negras, los champi\u00f1ones y las pipas de calabaza.<\/li><li>Una vez fr\u00eda, pero antes de que se apelmace, a\u00f1ade la pasta a la ensaladera e integralo todo.
