Por ello, hoy queremos hablarte sobre este alimento, sus propiedades nutricionales y sus beneficios para la salud, y c\u00f3mo incluirlo en la dieta.<\/p><h2><span style=\"color: #00a5c7;\"><strong>Sobre el aceite de oliva<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p>Se trata de un aceite vegetal de uso, principalmente, culinario que se obtiene del fruto del olivo (Olea europea), la oliva o aceituna. El aceite se extrae de las olivas maduras, de entre 6 y 8 meses, hacia finales de oto\u00f1o. En este momento se las olivas se recogen y someten a una primera presi\u00f3n para extraer el zumo.<\/p><p>Este producto ha estado ligado hist\u00f3ricamente al \u00e1rea mediterr\u00e1nea, siendo los principales productores Espa\u00f1a, Italia y Grecia.<\/p><p>El 90% de la producci\u00f3n mundial de olivas se destina a su preparaci\u00f3n. La calidad del aceite de oliva viene determinada por su cantidad de \u00e1cidos grasos<\/p><h2><span style=\"color: #00a5c7;\"><strong>Valor nutricional del aceite de oliva<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p>El aceite de oliva es de origen vegetal y contiene entre un 10 y 15% de grasas saturadas respecto a la mantequilla, de origen animal, que tiene hasta un 70%.<\/p><p>Su valor nutricional es muy rico, ya que posee vitaminas, minerales, polifenoles y \u00e1cidos grasos.\u00a0 Por 100 gr de aceite se dan:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Calor\u00edas:<\/strong> 884 kcal.<\/li><li><strong>Grasas saturadas:<\/strong> 13,8 g<\/li><li><strong>Monoinsaturadas:<\/strong> 73 gr<\/li><li><strong>Poliinsaturadas:<\/strong> 10,5 gr<\/li><li><strong>Vitamina E:<\/strong> 14,3 mg<\/li><li><strong>Vitamina K:<\/strong> &lt;0,1 mg<\/li><li><strong>Calcio:<\/strong> 1 mg<\/li><li><strong>Hierro:<\/strong> 0,6 mg<\/li><li><strong>Potasio:<\/strong> 1 mg<\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"color: #00a5c7;\"><strong>Beneficios del aceite de oliva en la salud<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p>Debido a su contenido en Vitamina K, el aceite de oliva contribuye a la coagulaci\u00f3n de la sangre y a la salud de los huesos. Otros de los m\u00faltiples beneficios del aceite de oliva para la salud son los siguientes:<\/p><ul><li>Fortalece el sistema inmunitario.<\/li><li>Regula los niveles de colesterol LDL.<\/li><li>Mejora la circulaci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Favorece la funci\u00f3n digestiva y contribuye a combatir el estre\u00f1imiento.<\/li><li>Hidrata y tonifica la piel y el cabello.<\/li><li>Reduce el estr\u00e9s oxidativo, que produce envejecimiento celular, gracias a sus polifenoles. Gracias a esto, previene ciertos tipos de c\u00e1ncer.<\/li><li>Alivia los dolores articulares por su poder antiinflamatorio.<\/li><li>Ayuda a la p\u00e9rdida de peso.<\/li><li>Mejora la funci\u00f3n cognitiva.<\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"color: #00a5c7;\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo incluirlo en la dieta?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p>Los nutricionistas recomiendan consumir aceite de oliva virgen extra (AOVE) de buena calidad y de forma diaria pero controlada.
