Desde <strong>Ysana<\/strong> nos preocupamos por tu salud, por ello hoy queremos recomendarte una <strong>receta rica en fibra <\/strong>sencilla y deliciosa: alcachofas con pasas y pi\u00f1ones. \u00a1Apunta!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>INGREDIENTES (para 2 personas):<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Alcachofas peladas (o congeladas, algo m\u00e1s de peso): 400 g<\/li><li>Cebolleta peque\u00f1a: 1<\/li><li>Dientes de ajo: 1<\/li><li>Uvas pasas: 20 g<\/li><li>Pi\u00f1ones: 20 g<\/li><li>Vino blanco: 100 ml<\/li><li>Lim\u00f3n: 1<\/li><li>Caldo de verduras: 250 ml<\/li><li>Hierbas frescas al gusto.<\/li><li>Pimienta negra.<\/li><li>Sal.<\/li><li>Aceite de oliva virgen extra.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ELABORACI\u00d3N:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cortar el tronco de las alcachofas y pelarlas. Al pelar las alcachofas, se debe cortar la punta y retirar las hojas duras, dejando el coraz\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Preparar un cuenco con agua y jugo de medio lim\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Cortar de nuevo las alcachofas en mitades o cuartos y meterlas en el agua con lim\u00f3n para que no se oxiden. Luego cocerlas.<\/li><li>Poner a remojar las pasas en agua tibia y luego cocer al vapor.<\/li><li>Picar la cebolleta y el diente de ajo muy finos y pocharlos con aceite y sal.<\/li><li>A\u00f1adir las pasas, los pi\u00f1ones y las alcachofas.<\/li><li>A\u00f1adir el vino y el zumo de lim\u00f3n sobrante. Remover hasta que el alcohol se evapore.<\/li><li>Introducir el caldo vegetal hasta cubrirlas y dejar cocer lentamente por 20 minutos a fuego suave.<\/li><li>Controlar hasta que est\u00e9n en el punto deseado o la salsa tenga la consistencia buscada.<\/li><li>Servir con las hierbas seleccionadas.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>VALOR NUTRICIONAL<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta receta tiene un perfil cal\u00f3rico bajo-medio.
