Se trata de uno de los distintos tipos de<strong> trastornos del ritmo circadiano.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde <strong>Ysana<\/strong> nos preocupamos por tu salud, por ello, hoy te hablamos acerca de los trastornos del ritmo circadiano y c\u00f3mo prevenirlos y tratarlos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el ritmo circadiano?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se denomina ritmo circadiano al conjunto de oscilaciones de las variables biol\u00f3gicas en un intervalo regular de tiempo (24 h). Estos procesos responden principalmente a los ciclos de luz-oscuridad y se regulan por los relojes biol\u00f3gicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los relojes biol\u00f3gicos son dispositivos de tiempo naturales de un organismo que controlan estos ritmos. El reloj principal es el sistema nervioso central, que coordina todos los dem\u00e1s. En los animales vertebrados, consiste en aproximadamente unas 20.000 neuronas que forman el n\u00facleo supraquiasm\u00e1tico (NSQ). Se halla ubicado en el hipot\u00e1lamo y recibe informaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de los ojos.<a href=\"#_ftn1\" id=\"_ftnref1\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tipos de trastornos del ritmo circadiano y sus efectos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los trastornos del ritmo circadiano son problemas en que el ciclo de sue\u00f1o-vigilia (o reloj interno) de la persona no se ajusta a los tiempos en que debe estar despierta o dormida, es decir, los ciclos de luz-oscuridad. <a href=\"#_ftn2\" id=\"_ftnref2\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se trata de un desfase, ya que la persona puede sufrir somnolencia cuando debe estar despierta y vigilia cuando debe estar dormida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los distintos tipos de trastornos del ritmo circadiano son los siguientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Retraso de la fase del sue\u00f1o: <\/strong>No se presenta mala calidad del sue\u00f1o o descenso de las horas de sue\u00f1o, pero la persona se duerme a altas horas de la noche.<\/li><li><strong>Adelanto de la fase del sue\u00f1o: <\/strong>Tampoco se dan problemas de calidad o descenso de las horas de sue\u00f1o. En este caso la persona es muy madrugadora y tambi\u00e9n se acuesta pronto.<\/li><li><strong>Desfase horario o jet lag: <\/strong>Se produce cuando el reloj interno de la persona est\u00e1 fijado en el ciclo de la zona horaria original, no a la que se ha desplazado. Suele generar somnolencia diurna y problemas para dormir al llegar a la nueva zona horaria.<\/li><li><strong>Trastorno del trabajo por turnos: <\/strong>Se da cuando la persona debe realizar una actividad, cuando deber\u00eda estar dormida, y descansar por el d\u00eda.
