Debemos despertarnos pronto, si tenemos hijos, prepararlos, llevarlos al colegio, luego ir al trabajo, cumplir con las obligaciones, las fechas de entrega y relacionarnos con jefes y compa\u00f1eros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todo esto puede generar mucho estr\u00e9s y ansiedad, estados en que se liberan las hormonas adrenalina y cortisol y que pueden producir efectos como los siguientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/ysana.com\/blog\/trastornos-sueno-tipos-soluciones\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Trastornos del sue\u00f1o<\/strong>.<\/a><\/li><li>Fatiga.<\/li><li>Dolores musculares.<\/li><li>Falta de apetito.<\/li><li>Molestias estomacales.<\/li><li>Irritabilidad.<\/li><li>Tristeza y\/o melancol\u00eda.<\/li><li>Desinter\u00e9s.<\/li><li>Nerviosismo.<\/li><li>Problemas de adaptaci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Falta de rendimiento y productividad.<\/li><li>Sensaci\u00f3n de alerta constante.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos solucionar y prevenir los problemas derivados de la vuelta al trabajo?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Debido a que esta situaci\u00f3n tiene efectos en el correcto funcionamiento del sistema nervioso, es imprescindible que para solucionarlos y prevenirlos sigamos los siguientes consejos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>No pasar directamente del lugar de vacaciones al trabajo. Deberemos volver unos d\u00edas antes a casa para ir prepar\u00e1ndonos para la vuelta al trabajo y cambiar poco a poco la rutina. As\u00ed el cambio no ser\u00e1 tan brusco.<\/li><li>Mantener una actitud positiva, evitando pensar en todo lo malo que nos genera la vuelta al trabajo, y enfoc\u00e1ndonos en lo favorable de volver.<\/li><li>Tener objetivos y actividades que nos ayuden a afrontar la rutina.<\/li><li>El fin del per\u00edodo vacacional no supone que el tiempo de ocio se acabe. Debemos seguir encontrando momentos para pasarlo bien y mejorar nuestro bienestar, por ejemplo, tras la jornada laboral o los fines de semana.<\/li><li>Cuidar nuestro espacio de trabajo.<\/li><li>Planificar las tareas de antemano.<\/li><li>Cuidarse f\u00edsica y mentalmente.
