El cuerpo tiene mecanismos que regulan estas funciones, y uno de ellos es el <strong>ritmo circadiano.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde <strong>Ysana<\/strong> nos preocupamos por tu salud, por ello, hoy te hablamos sobre el ritmo circadiano, qu\u00e9 es, para qu\u00e9 sirve y c\u00f3mo evitar trastornos del <strong>ritmo circadiano.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el ritmo circadiano y qu\u00e9 funciones tiene?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El ritmo circadiano hace referencia al conjunto de oscilaciones en las variables biol\u00f3gicas que se dan en un per\u00edodo regular de tiempo (24 h o un d\u00eda). Generalmente, siguen los ciclos de luz-oscuridad y son regulados por los relojes biol\u00f3gicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un reloj biol\u00f3gico es un dispositivo del organismo que controla los ritmos circadianos. El principal es el sistema nervioso central, que coordina a los otros. En los vertebrados, se compone de cerca de 20.000 neuronas. Estas neuronas forman el n\u00facleo supraquiasm\u00e1tico (INSQ), el cual se halla ubicado en el hipot\u00e1lamo y recibe informaci\u00f3n por los ojos.<a href=\"#_ftn1\" id=\"_ftnref1\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Siguiendo el ciclo de luz-oscuridad, el ritmo circadiano regula el ciclo de sue\u00f1o-vigilia. Los trastornos del ritmo circadiano se producen cuando la informaci\u00f3n captada por el INSQ no es la misma a la que el reloj biol\u00f3gico posee. Un ejemplo es el Jet Lag, ya que el ritmo circadiano est\u00e1 adecuado a un ciclo de luz-oscuridad o sue\u00f1o-vigilia y al llegar a un huso horario distinto sin adaptarse, no coincide con el ciclo de llegada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo actuar para evitar problemas del ritmo circadiano?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En un <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ysana.com\/blog\/trastornos-ritmo-circadiano\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">art\u00edculo anterior <\/a><\/strong>os hablamos de los principales trastornos del ritmo circadiano que se pueden sufrir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para prevenir y tratar estos problemas es importante mantener una buena higiene y rutina del sue\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el caso del Jet Lag, es fundamental descansar bien antes del viaje, adaptar los horarios de sue\u00f1o e intentar llegar al lugar por la ma\u00f1ana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el trabajo por turnos, en que el cuerpo se acostumbra durante unas semanas a un horario de descanso, y luego este cambia, es recomendable seguir el mismo horario de sue\u00f1o-vigilia en los d\u00edas laborales y en los fines de semana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para mejorar el descanso es importante seguir estas recomendaciones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Evitar las comidas copiosas, picantes o grasas y las bebidas excitantes antes de ir a dormir.<\/li><li>Evitar realizar ejercicio demasiado cerca de la hora de dormir.<\/li><li>Mantener la habitaci\u00f3n en total silencio y oscuridad.<\/li><li>Promover que la temperatura ambiente de la habitaci\u00f3n est\u00e9 entre los 18\u00ba y los 23\u00ba.<\/li><li>Utilizar ropa holgada y c\u00f3moda para dormir.<\/li><li>Eliminar el uso de pantallas al menos una hora antes de ir a dormir.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En Ysana, ponemos a tu disposici\u00f3n la gama <strong>Serydorm\u00ae<\/strong>, complementos alimenticios indicados para reducir el tiempo de conciliaci\u00f3n del sue\u00f1o y obtener un descanso completo y satisfactorio, por su contenido en melatonina, que contribuye a reducir el tiempo necesario para conciliar el sue\u00f1o.
