Por ello, te explicamos cu\u00e1les son los tipos de dolor muscular y c\u00f3mo tratarlos y prevenirlos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tipos de dolor muscular<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El dolor muscular se puede dividir en dos categor\u00edas: dolor relacionado y dolor no relacionado con la actividad muscular. Dentro de los no relacionados, adem\u00e1s, podemos encontrar causas intr\u00ednsecas y extr\u00ednsecas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dolor relacionado con la actividad muscular<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando el dolor est\u00e1 relacionado con la actividad muscular, como en el caso de hacer ejercicio o un trabajo de esfuerzo o repetitivo, el dolor puede aparecer durante la actividad en s\u00ed o poco despu\u00e9s (en un plazo de 24 a 48 horas). Algunos dolores y molestias de este tipo son los calambres, la rigidez muscular y las distensiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dolor no relacionado con la actividad muscular<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En algunas ocasiones, se puede presentar dolor muscular aunque no se haya realizado un esfuerzo f\u00edsico, por lo que esta no es su causa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El dolor muscular por causas extr\u00ednsecas puede ser producido por un mecanismo directo como traumatismos de alto impacto. En estos casos, las fibras musculares quedan comprimidas y se genera calor local, rigidez, limitaci\u00f3n funcional y dolor. Otras causas pueden ser virus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a las intr\u00ednsecas, puede ser producido por una fuerza tensional superior a la resistencia del tejido o a enfermedades sist\u00e9micas. <strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otra parte, el dolor muscular puede clasificarse como agudo o cr\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunos dolores de aparici\u00f3n aguda son las contracturas, las distensiones o las roturas o desgarros musculares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunos tipos de dolor muscular cr\u00f3nicos son la fibrosis muscular, el n\u00f3dulo fibroso cicatricial o la fibromialgia.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo tratar y prevenir los distintos tipos de dolor muscular<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para prevenir el dolor muscular es importante tener en cuenta los factores de riesgo que pueden producirlo, como el ejercicio mal realizado o mantener una postura inadecuada, y actuar al respecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el caso de que no se trate de un dolor relacionado con la actividad muscular, un m\u00e9dico deber\u00e1 valorar su causa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunos buenos h\u00e1bitos que podemos seguir son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mantener una postura adecuada.<\/li><li>Realizar deporte de forma regular y a intensidad moderada, para fortalecer los m\u00fasculos.<\/li><li>Llevar a cabo calentamiento y estiramientos, antes de hacer ejercicio o esfuerzos f\u00edsicos.<\/li><li>Mantener una buena alimentaci\u00f3n e hidrataci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como un buen descanso.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En lo referente al tratamiento del dolor muscular, este depender\u00e1 de su origen.
