Sin embargo, no debes renunciar a los placeres. Por ello, hoy te traemos esta <strong>receta saludable <\/strong>de galletas de avena. \u00a1Un snack saludable y sin remordimientos!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INGREDIENTES:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>250 g de harina integral o de espelta.<\/li><li>225 g de avena.<\/li><li>100 g de panela, u otro endulzante.<\/li><li>200 g Aceite de oliva virgen extra.<\/li><li>1 cda de levadura.<\/li><li>1 pizca de sal.<\/li><li>Canela (al gusto). Tambi\u00e9n puede pon\u00e9rsele jengibre o nuez moscada.<\/li><li>Frutos secos al gusto (nueces, almendras, avellanas, anacardos, etc.) o fruta deshidratada (opcional).<\/li><li>Nibs de chocolate negro (opcional)<\/li><li>Mezcla de semillas (opcional).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3N:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Precalentar el horno a 180\u00baC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Mezclar la harina, la avena, la panela, la canela u otras especies, la pizca de sal y la levadura y luego a\u00f1adir poco a poco el aceite de oliva virgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Amasar con las manos hasta obtener una masa homog\u00e9nea. Introducir los trozos de frutos secos, las nibs de chocolate y\/o las semillas. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Hacer bolas y aplastarlas con las manos en la bandeja de horno para formar las galletas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.
