Sin embargo, un desequilibrio entre la histamina que ingerimos o producimos, y la que eliminamos, genera una acumulaci\u00f3n de esta, provocando diversos s\u00edntomas molestos, como la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ysana.com\/blog\/migrana-histamina\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">migra\u00f1a<\/a><\/strong>. Para prevenir y tratar estos problemas, optar por una dieta baja en histamina es fundamental. Desde <strong>Ysana<\/strong> nos preocupamos por tu salud, por ello, hoy te explicamos una <strong>receta saludable<\/strong> baja en histamina: hummus de zanahoria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INGREDIENTES (para 4 personas):<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 500g de zanahorias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 1 cucharada de tahini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; \u00bd diente de ajo <em>(<\/em>seg\u00fan tolerancia).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Una cucharadita de comino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; \u00bc cucharadita de pimienta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva virgen extra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Una pizca de sal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3N:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Lavar y pelar las zanahorias.<\/li><li>Introducir todos los ingredientes en el vaso de la batidora o en un procesador de alimentos.<\/li><li>Batir hasta conseguir una pasta con una textura ideal para untar.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VALORACI\u00d3N NUTRICIONAL:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta es una receta con bajo perfil cal\u00f3rico, que adem\u00e1s, hace m\u00e1s atractiva la ingesta de verduras como la zanahoria, al ser una buena opci\u00f3n como crema para untar saludable.
