{"id":371,"date":"2021-07-19T15:03:19","date_gmt":"2021-07-19T13:03:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ysana.com\/blog\/?p=371"},"modified":"2021-07-19T15:03:19","modified_gmt":"2021-07-19T13:03:19","slug":"receta-baja-en-histamina-dao-pollo-con-manzana-y-miel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ysana.com\/en\/blog\/receta-baja-en-histamina-dao-pollo-con-manzana-y-miel\/","title":{"rendered":"[Receta Baja en Histamina \u2013 DAO] Pollo con manzana y miel"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#2aa3c2\" class=\"has-inline-color\">INGREDIENTES (para 2 personas)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>250g de pechuga de pollo sin piel.<\/li><li>\u00bd cebolla.<\/li><li>1 diente de ajo.<\/li><li>1 manzana granny Smith.<\/li><li>70ml de zumo de manzana.<\/li><li>1 cucharadita de salvia fresca.<\/li><li>1 cucharadita de tomillo.<\/li><li>1 cucharadita de miel.<\/li><li>Una pizca de sal.<\/li><li>1 y \u00bd cucharada de aceite de oliva virgen extra.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#2aa3c2\" class=\"has-inline-color\">ELABORACI\u00d3N<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Precalentar el horno a 200\u00baC.<\/li><li>Cortar las pechugas de pollo por la mitad y a lo largo.<\/li><li>A\u00f1adir media cucharada de aceite de oliva aceite de oliva en una sart\u00e9n y marcar las pechugas durante 2-3 minutos por cada lado.<\/li><li>Colocar las pechugas de pollo en una bandeja apta para horno.<\/li><li>En la misma sart\u00e9n, a\u00f1adir media cucharada de aceite de oliva si fuese necesario para saltear la cebolla y el ajo durante 3-4 minutos.<\/li><li>A\u00f1adir la manzana en rodajas en la misma sart\u00e9n y cocinar durante un minuto m\u00e1s.<\/li><li>Agregar el zumo de manzana y la miel y sazonar con la sal, salvia y tomillo.\u00a0<\/li><li>Verter la mezcla realizada sobre el pollo y hornear durante 35-40 minutos o hasta que el pollo est\u00e9 bien cocido.<\/li><li>Dejar reposar unos 5 minutos y servir.\u00a0<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#2aa3c2\" class=\"has-inline-color\">VALORACI\u00d3N NUTRICIONAL<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una receta equilibrada con un buen aporte proteico de prote\u00ednas de alto valor biol\u00f3gico, en especial de los amino\u00e1cidos esenciales que nuestro organismo no sintetiza.
