Tambi\u00e9n puedes usar opcionalmente una cucharada de crema de coco para darle mayor cremosidad.<\/li><li>Sazonar con sal, pimienta y perejil. Opcionalmente se puede a\u00f1adir unas semillas de s\u00e9samo.\u00a0<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"color:#2aa3c2\" class=\"has-inline-color\">VALORACI\u00d3N NUTRICIONAL<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0Una receta con un aporte en hidratos de carbono elevado, moderado en grasas y bajo en prote\u00ednas. Un plato ideal para personas que realizan actividad f\u00edsica por el aporte energ\u00e9tico, en combinaci\u00f3n con las propiedades vasodilatadoras de la remolacha, as\u00ed como ser fuente de vitamina C y \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico y antocianinas. Estos \u00faltimos son poderosos antioxidantes que ayudan a combatir la oxidaci\u00f3n celular y los radicales libres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A pesar de tratarse de un plato con un aporte cal\u00f3rico moderado-alto, tambi\u00e9n tiene un alto poder de saciedad.
