Seguir las indicaciones del productor, aunque rondar\u00e1 los 10 minutos de cocci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/li><li>A\u00f1adir el br\u00f3coli, el aceite, la albahaca, el perejil, las semillas de calabaza y amapola, el ajo y la sal a la procesadora de alimentos o batidora para hacer el pesto. A\u00f1adir una cucharada de agua poco a poco hasta obtener la textura deseada.<\/li><li>Una vez cocida la pasta, verter el pesto en su cacerola y revolver para mezclarlas.<\/li><li>Servir la pasta al pesto de br\u00f3coli con unas semillas de s\u00e9samo tostadas. Adem\u00e1s de las semillas, se puede a\u00f1adir un poco de levadura nutricional para darle un toque distinto.\u00a0<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"color:#2aa3c2\" class=\"has-inline-color\">VALORACI\u00d3N NUTRICIONAL<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Un plato con un alto aporte energ\u00e9tico, en el que se reversiona la salsa pesto para obtener los beneficios de un plato tradicional de la gastronom\u00eda italiana, pero con mayor aporte de vitamina A, C, E y del grupo B, potasio, magnesio, zinc, yodo y calcio. Una receta alta en glucosinolatos, principalmente glucorafanina, que se relaciona con la prevenci\u00f3n de distintos tipos de enfermedades cardiovasculares, inmunitarias y oncol\u00f3gicas.
