Mechanism of action:

Serydorm® Instant is a dietary supplement that contains melatonin and Citrus aurantium ssp amara essential oil.

Melatonin is involved in the sleep-wake cycle and has been used extensively to treat primary sleep disorders. Its effect is enhanced by adding Citrus aurantium ssp amara essential oil, which has traditionally been used for relaxation and physical well-being.

Indicated for travelers who experience jet lag and for people who work different day/night shifts. The minimum dosage of 0.5 mg should be taken shortly before bedtime on the day of departure and on the first several days upon arriving at the destination.

And, in general, for reducing the amount of time needed to fall asleep by ingesting 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

This product is sweetened with sucralose.

Water, emulsifier (E433), humectant (E422), melatonin, acidifier (E330), sweetener (sucralose), bitter orange essential oil (Citrus aurantium ssp amara), preservatives (E202, combination of natural tocopherols and E211).

Recommended daily dosage:

1 spray into the mouth before bedtime.

Instructions for use:

– Shake well before using.

– Spray directly into the mouth. Apply between the gums and cheek or under the tongue.

– To alleviate subjective jet lag, spray melatonin into the mouth shortly before bedtime on the day of departure and on the first several days upon arriving at the destination.

– To fall asleep faster, administer 1 squirt of melatonin spray into the mouth shortly before bedtime.

– Consult your health professional if sleep disorders continue for more than three weeks.
